Contaminated blood samples or any other medical examination results/ smears samples.... chances

The receptionist in a Dr's practice in Akasia hospital Pretoria North, what a vile employee, I went for my annual examination and the Dr Matlala (gynecologist and obstetrician) had undertaken that her office will call me with the results. It is almost two months since, I am still waiting for the call to inform me of my health status. Then just two days ago I called the office to enquire .... The receptionist was so rude, I mean a sheer arrogance, when I explained to her my situation. The sad part is that this particular Dr, is lovely and professional and I have been her patient for almost two decades. So many women enjoy her services, however her receptionist is taking her down, ultimately, she will end up not having patients to consult, what a pity .... when I explained what the Dr said to me when I visited, she didn't even allow me to conclude on what I was narrating to her. Now I am left with no choice but to complain here because I can't reach the Dr, I tried to call the hospital, but they couldn't help, now I am resorting to consulting another Dr, whereas I have paid Dr Matlala for consultation as well as the levy fees. Imagine the financial loses I have incurred......
