concerned patient

I was admitted to Netcare Alberton for Fainting or Having a blackout for 4 days and they only requested authorization for 1 day for headache. while they also had to do other authorization for doing more test. right now I'm faced with a bill that Medical is willing to pay and yet they do not want to change the code of headache and medical says it is for 1 day, while i was admitted for having blackouts or fainting. i have called them multiple times and they don't want to help they just want me to pay with out explaining why.
