Complaint

In June 2017 I took my sister to Waterfall Park Hospital on our arrival she was unconscious and I was asked to sig her forms as her next of kin. After few months i received a summon that I owe the hospital money because my sister's medical aid refused to pay for her medical bill. I went to court to defend the summon and in February 2021 the judgement was filed under my name for the service that was not rendered to me. I appointed a lawyer to defend the matter and when the lawyer asked the Hospital to send him some information to take the matter to court the hospital never email the documents. My lawyer went to court to get the file but the file was missing at the court. The hospital doesn't want to co-operate so that we can get my name cleared at the court. Please help what should I do next to resolve the issue?
