Complaint

Good day , I was fetched by an accident at home regarding breathing issues thats i had. The paramedics toook me to the most horrific disgusting hospital in the world even bara is better the sisters here ate rude.

On Thursday 03 March when receptionist gave me my file she called me highblood because thats one of my chronics i kept quite and i was seen after 3 hours apparently they say there's nothing they can do if they only have one dr .

I was in the emergency room whole night and day being told there's no beds.

Boom got moved at 15:00 to the ward most mistake ever

Should have just moved to another hospita. They will expect you to be a nurse move drips ur self i was told that the potassium drip should run on 80 but when they put other drips the forget that other one runs automatically and when it runs the number here is not changed when u ring the bell its like u irritating them they will come after 30 mins or ignore u i was in so much pain Yesterday i had to work to the reception and tell them .

Same thing of the drip happens called sister in charge by the name of Dimpho magalimela

Have never seen a person who hate their Job that much she came didn't even greet and she asked i was told u said the drip id not moving i was like i will ask the doctor to move the drip please go and deal with ur attitude

She's got attitude this hospital and i am still here even ur worst enemie you wouldn't bring them here

Yesterday i over heard a sister handing over saying she overdose a patient and she wants to rectify that Regards Zanele
