So when i owe a bill to you guys i get threatening emails everyday? Final demands telling me that my credit score will be affected.

But when there's a refund due to me, feet get dragged?

Refund documents were submitted on 12/09, its now the 15th? Please can we get this refund completed today.

I have other hospital bills to pay, my wife is on her death bed and this is the last thing i need to add to my stress.
