Co-Payment Issues

I went in for a procedure in Late August 2022. I had a co-payment of over R6000 that I paid on admission. In October I requested a refund from Discovery. They said they could not as they had paid Netcare the full amount. I then had to approach Netcare for a refund. 1) Why did Netcare invoice discovery when they knew I had made the co-payment (Isn't this *****?) 2) They have acknowledged the refund is due, and asked me for all my bank details to refund 3) A week after sending my bank information I still have no contact or refund.
