Co-payment at Admission at hospital

My daughter Celeste van Aarde was admitted to the Netcare Bougainville Private hospital for a colonoscopy. On arrival at the admission department of the hospital the admission personal told her they will requested authorization from her medical aid Fedhealth. She was admitted on the 14/01/2016 and was booked for the theater on the 15/01/2016. The request for authorization was send to the hospital admission department, but stated a co-payment of R2000.00 was applicable, but the personal did not inform her regarding the co-payment. The procedure was done on the 15/01/2016 and was discharge the same day, and still no knowledge of a co-payment. On the 10th of February 2016 she received a call from Agnes Molomo regarding the payment of the co-payment. She requested a statement from her and Agnes send her a \SCREEN SHOT\" of a statement, she did then inform Celeste that the payment is due before the 31/03/2016 otherwise legal action will be taken. The admission department must pay the amount for not inform and negligence from there personal and not Celeste. Co-payment means a payment made by an individual at the time a service!!! "
