Clueless Lazy Reception Staff

I’m very disappointed with the level of service that one keeps receiving at Netcare Alberton. We wanted to do a 4D scan, the lady at reception who was working the day shift on February, 11th 2026 was complaining about the number of people in the queue that she still had to assist and convinced us to come back at another time to do the scan. She said it with confidence that we can even come anytime, any day even during the weekends. We drive a long distance on Saturday to get it done only to find that they are closed. I’m so irritated and I want to lodge a formal complaint against this lady.
