Close down your emegerncy dept/ get proper nurses!

so I was rushed to e.r by my neighbours on the17th as I was unconscious, in pain and very weak. I got to the hospital and I was greeted with some cold liquid thrown at my nostrils, then slapping on my face followed by unnecessary screaming from the nurses. I kept falling in and out of consciousness and each time I woke up the nurses were trying to get more information from me as the neighbours who found me knew nothing about me. asking unnecessary questions like age and names which is already on my med aid card and ID submitted to them already by this time. I have never been so annoyed and disrespected in my life by people who are supposedly offering a servc, each time I tried to respond I was met with shouting from the nurses as they felt I was not responding and I was making hand gestures and talking slowly, they were making no efforts to try and respectfully get the information. now I am slapped with an invoice from their accounts dept, they refuse to claim from the med aid according to them discovery keycare wont pay. I asked them to get me confirmation from the med aid that they wont pay, they refuse. I never want to go to that hospital again, God help me, never ever
