Christian Barnard Netcare

Staff at Netcare Christian Barnard are insensitive. They have no empathy whatsoever for the patients that they have in their care. In particular my mother, who has to lay in her own feces, bedding not being changed immediately and a bedsore that no one was aware of. I asked the day sister/matron how she would’ve felt if she was in my position. It’s already stressful that she is in a hospital and now we have to worry that she is not being taken care of. Please also note that this issue has been reported to Sr/Matron Daniel’s(not sure of their ranks) this afternoon and Sr Grace the night supervisor is now also made aware of it. And while I’m writing this review she is yet to be cleaned and visiting hours are over. Laying in her own **** and a dirty jerky!

No human should ever be treated like this.
