Christiaan Barnard Hospital, what a disappointment

Mom is currently at Christiaan Barnard hospital. Nurses are so unhelpful. Struggling to get an update from nurses and cardiologist. Left several messages for Dr Marshall to contact us. Nothing!! It's been days with no return of a call. While I understand Dr's and nurses are busy, patient care is just as important and updating a worried family too. We thought that putting her at this fairly new hospital would be our best option but unfortunately it's not the case. So disappointed in this hospital.
