Christiaan Barnard Hospital

This is my first time visiting Christian Barnard Hospital, I was referred to an orthopedic ankle surgeon by the doctoc, but unfortunately the orthopedic surgeon is fully booked until end of August. I made contact with the hospital which Magmoeda Manuel assisted me via email, I asked her if the doctor could refer me to another surgeon, which Magmoeda advised me, "The doctor cannot scout around for an orthopaedic surgeon that deals with IOD. He has referred you to the orthopaedic surgeon who was on call that deals with IOD. Our doctor does not know who have openings to see you. If you would like to see someone else, you need to find an orthpaedic surgeon that can assist you". Magmoeda Manuel has been of no help, how can the hospital only have 1 orthopedic surgeon that they deal with, Magmoeda Manuel could not even provide me with a list of names, is this the service the staff provides to the patients?

Can someone else please assist me with this, I have an ultrasound today 10th July 2023 at 10.
