Child in pain not attended for over an hour

I took my child to Mulbarton hospital on the 17th June 2024. It took them over 20 mins to acknowledge that we are there, after making a bit of noise, they sent someone to assist. From this nurse we had to open a file. Once the file was opened we went and waited again, as I'm writing this I've been waiting for over an hour. I asked the nurse why we not getting any help, she mentioned that there is only 1 Dr so we must wait, she ultimately asked that we send an email to management to complain because there is nothing they can do. This is unbelievable, the child was is experiencing pain and a nurse says there is nothing she can do. Mulbarton, you can do better. I'm sure you can.
