Want to be charged for something you didn’t get? Netcare Waterfall is the hospital for you. After explaining to the staff that they had incorrectly charged me for a scope that I didn’t have, I have been chased for over 2 months for the amount. The service has been shocking in correcting this and it’s like banging your head against the wall. I am disgusted by these *******. All they want is money. Not a single care about patients or people.
