Charged for the day of discharge

<p>This is ridiculous this is definitely NetCASH. How can a patient be charged for the day of discharge. i was due for a C-section on the 15th of November 2016, i arrived at the Hospital at 14:45 a of the 15th and was discharged by the doctor on the 18th of November 2016 and left around 12 pm. i was in hospital for 3 nights and discharged on the 4th day. What the hell am i being charged for this is money making even the lady i spoke to at netcare Krugersdorp account department she said she had to confirm with her manager 1st whether they should charge me for the 4th day before she sent me the SMS notification that was owing, she herself wasn’t even sure of whether i should be charged or not. The worse part the last time i spoke to her she told me she will have a look at my file again and will get back to me, instead while awaiting for her to come back to me i get a collection phone call from the Lawyers telling me i need to settle my bill with the hospital worse service ever!</p> <p> </p>
