Changing the perception of Hospital care

I just want to thank Dr Bouma and the nursing staff at N1 City Netcare Hospital. I went in there September with burns to my arm. I was seen to as I walked in- no waiting- no asking if I had medical aid, no filling out docs first etc- that was all left for later. They all seem to love what they do and it was really \service with a smile". I was there a total of three times and each time it was a new nurse who assisted and ALL of them are amazing- it must be something in their water. My arm is perfectly healed and I just wanted to thank them by letting everyone know- they are really a super group of people. Thank you very much and God Bless. Joe Naidoo """
