Cat Theft - Milpark Hospital

I parked in the paid parking area of Milpark hospital on Friday evening 28 July 2023 to visit my ill father. The section where I parked was in line with the helicopter landing pad. There were at least 3 security guards (from Servest) in the vicinity and I had been visiting my dad over a number of days and always saw security in the area. On this evening my vehicle was ****** out of the parking lot. The ********s would have had to get out of the parking through the boom gates with a parking ticket (I still have mine in my possession). When I came out and found my car missing, I went and spoke to 3 security guards standing together within a short distance from where I parked. I have to ask, how do car ******* have enough time to break into a vehicle, tamper with the ignition, change number plates and get out of the paid parking section with no security guard being any the wiser? There needs to be stronger controls, especially where one pays for parking. Does seem like an inside job / someone was paid off to look the other way.
