Careless

My baby boy (Fefe Diego Kunene) was admitted in hospital yesterday evening with a stomach bug at Nectare Krugerdorp Hospital and they said he must sleep for the night for more observation, To day when the mother went to fetch the child they said she owes R1000 while the child is covered on the mothers medical Aids which is GEMS, we ran around searching for cash when we called GEMS they told us that there was no one that complained fro funds from them regarding that case on the child. When they check their files they found that the child details were wrongly entered and the child was not properly admitted to Hospital. Meaning the child has not being entered on their data base as in been admitted for observation , i even called the hospital account department for GEMS they knew nothing about the child and the lady even told me on the that there was not child by that name admitted in their ward. This hospital is was careless with my child life cause if the child was ****** at the hospital no one would no about him cause there was no proper procedure that was followed at that hospital the worst case they put my child life in danger by what they did and making us run around like idiots.
