Brilliant nurse

We were at Pretoria East hospital the whole of yesterday. From 6:30 when my husband was admitted until 16:00 when he was discharged our nurse, Lizzy, (I can't remember her surname but she shared with us that she usually works in the orthopedic ward and has been in the surgery ward for two days) was friendly, helpful and kind. I wanted to note this as it is not always the experience and I believe for her wonderful attitude and friendly demeanor she deserves to be commended. We were demanding of attention and information and she never once became dismissive or annoyed. She did a thorough job and assisted my husband when he was in pain. Thank you for having people like this who make the whole horrible process of having a loved one hospitalized more bearable. Please make sure she hears about this comment!
