Brenthurst Hospital Bad Service

I was not well for 2 days(weekend), had diarrhea, vomiting, chest pain and shortness of breath but early hours of Monday morning(06.07.2020), things got worse that I requested an Uber to take me to Brenthurst Neycare hospital, I get to the emergency unit and after hearing what my issue was, I was ordered to go to a secluded container where I would be assisted. I sat there(was very cold, I was shaking) for almost 15 minutes without anyone attending to me. I then stepped out to see if there was someone coming to help me as my breathing was becoming shallow, there was no one except the security guard, who told me that that they are coming. I went back to the cold container, waited another 10 minutes that I couldn't take yet again, went to the nurses who sent me to the container initially, advised them that I was really not well and struggling to breathe, the nurse abruptly asked what I really wanted, was I there for admission or just casualty check up. I am no Dr, just a patient in pain, how was I to know or determine what needed to be done, I just needed a Dr to help ease if not take my pain away. I just went back to the container.

5 minutes later, 2 different nurses came to tell me that there are no beds, with no remorse or care for my condition, so I just asked them if I must die there and they told me there's nothing they can do, I was so angry, disappointed and emotional that I just burst into tears, they still did not care. I then took my medical aid card and dialed the emergency number for the ambulance and the dispatcher was so shocked to hear that I'm requesting an ambulance from the hospital. The 2 nurses just went on sanitizing the tables and chairs as though I was not there until 1 heard me speaking to my boss who told me that we will take the matter up and I should just be calm and wait for the ambulance, she then gave me a blanket, after freezing for almost 45 minutes.

Ambulance got there about 30 minutes later, there was no one even coming to check on me or tell me that the ambulance is outside until the dispatcher called me to alert me. I was then taken to Milpark hospital, who also did not have beds but they attended to me as quickly as possible, ran tests and gave me pain medication. Why couldn't Brenthurst Hospital do the same, are they not there to save lives because if I had died while waiting for an ambulance, what would have happened. What is our Health care providers coming into, if we can't trust them with our lives, why are they there.

I'm still in shock and worse I was diagnosed with food poisoning and waiting for Covid-19 test results and they deemed it fit not to help me.
