Bougainville & Vericred update your records

Good day, went to the hospital in June 2018 due to labour pains, was given a drip to reduce the pains and the doctor said if he delivers my baby he will charge me R+-20 000.00 or he can call an ambulance to take me to public hospital which he did & we paid the ambulance R500.00 before it transported me the very same day. July 2018 we received an invoice from Bougainville hospital with the balance of R980.00 and we paid it on 06/08/2018. To my surprise I received a call from debt collectors in September 2019 demanding the very same amount we paid, I went to Bougainville receptionist sent me to accounts and they checked it was paid then when I asked why did they hand it over to debt collectors they said there's another amount of R994 still owing but they can't explain it and I asked when was I not told about it there was no answer for that then accounts department sent me back to receptionist who also checked on her system and had no answers instead I was told to call Johanna Mabe as she's the one dealing with this account.
