Both parents died after Netcare care

My Mother went in for a operation in 2012 to repair her shoulder , she passed away while still on sick leave in front of our eyes. The paramedics could not find a pulse , my Mother has a pacemacker. If an ecg was performed it would have been picked up. My father went to the same hospital Jan 2013 he cut his foot and i took him to emergency and told them he suffered from diabetes. He walked in and in May 2013 was rolled out in a body bag after months of treatment. I complained on this site about his illness and that he did not look good , the next day he was in high care and thereafter in ICU , your Dr Fourie does not go to ward D , if he did he would have seen my Fathers condition , he sent my ill father home only to be returned by us rwo days later thwn we asked Dr Beetge to take over. Not o ce were we told what was wrong , we always had to go to the dr's rooms. I asked for the medical records of my late Father and mother and filled in the emailed document's. I have heard nothing. You stole away my loved ones with care seen in state hospitals. My mother Me H.A van Buren-Schele , my Father G.C van Buren-Schele. You will be lucky if someone removes their tonsils if I'm done.
