block off the entire road way because netcare don't care

you really shouldnt use the name "netcare" because you guys really just dont care. i had no idea you delivery zone was a parking lot. an excuse to just block off the entire road way. you understand you PAYING patients have to use this but its ok i get it, your "security personal" have to finish their tweet. they happy to stop patients from parking but far be it for net"care" to stop someone from blocking everyone else. very considerate, what is it? you guys make too much money to actually give damn about the people that pay you. wow, if there ever was a definition for arrogance...
