BLACKLISTED EVEN WHEN MEDICAL AID SETTLED THE BILL

I was admitted in RANDCLINC last year ,Discovery authorised me to stay there for 3 days my Doc thyen decided I have to be there another day ,someone from Netcare should have notify discovery to extend the days ,which didn't happen ,I later received a letter from Netcare that I owe R4600 ,I followed up with Discovery and they told me that they have been sending emails to Dimakatso to resubmit the claim and to get my Doc to sign that indeed my stay was extended and she was not responding ,I then went to Netcare to fight them eventually she submitted and Discovery paid ,now they have listed my name on ITC even after discovery paid them ,i went this week and was told to pay R172 which I did ,(don't know for what).its unfair how I have to suffer because someone who gets paid to do their job just didn't do what they were to do .<br> I am so disappointed with Netcare ,how do you just list someone for your own incompetence ,now I was applying for a bond only to be told my name has been listed by NETCARE ,this is so annoying ,I don't owe anything someone just didn't do their job and now I am suffering the consequences .I hope this will be attended to ,YOU CANT JUST LIST PEOPLE, UNACCEPTABLE
