Blacklisted by Netcare

I worked for Netcare in 2012 and I resigned pending a disciplinary hearing. I resigned because I felt that the employer was not being reasonable and fair in the process.

The disciplinary hearing was for late coming. However I had engaged the employer on Numerous occasions on the circumstances surrounding my late coming and had proposed possible solutions.

After my resignation I was blacklisted and I can’t get a job. I have had numerous successful interviews at Netcare hospitals but when I have to sign the offer I’m told I have been blacklisted.

I need a job, I need help. Netcare is a major employer of Nurses.
