Blaauwberg Hospital

Good Day,

Kindly see attached photo of the new bed that my baby had to sleep in when we arrived at the hospital.

We waited an hour for a bed. As soon as we went to the pediatric side of the hospital there was no bed ready and had to wait another 47 minutes.

My baby needed oxygen and they didn't care.

The bed that we received had ****ed on.

I am very disappointed and dis satisfied with the service.

We had to pay 3 nights immediately but still had to wait for a bed as they did not stabilized my little baby who needed oxygen.

My baby could've gotten more sick because of that ****.
