Birth Certificate - In Hospital Registration

I would like to raise my upset wit the service i have received from the Home Affairs department, within the Linmed Netcare Hospital. I was told that while in hospital after my c section my son's birth certificate would be brought to me.

All the docs was supp**** on the same day off the birth of my son, on the 19 December 2017

I am still waiting for the certificate and it is 2 weeks later already. Then when i phone the maternity ward they have the audacity to tel mi have to go to the Benoni Home Affairs department and fetch it myself????

In the intrum i could register my son as yet on my medical aid where he was admitted to hospital as well, making me have to pay for medical bills that is not covered on the medical aid as i am waiting on the birth certificate,

I want this issue to be resolved immediately as im not going to home affairs myself, as this was not the service that was promised to me.
