Billed for Zero diagnosis

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received by Olivedale Hospital. I visited the hospital on 27 April 2015 at around 5pm. I was seen by Dr. MAKGAMATHE at around 7pm. I had already been for xrays to my finger which should have been presented to the doctor before she attended to me. When she got to the consulting room she had not seen the xrays. She then left to look at the xrays. When she got back, her feedback was that she cannot tell what is what is wrong with my finger???? It could be a fracture or dislocation or, etc. She said that the xray department will contact me if its a fracture as the xrays are unclear. <br> My questions is: Why should I be liable to pay for the xrays or the doctors fees if I cannot be told what is wrong with me? I was given a few business cards and requested to contact an orthopaedic surgeon. I left the hospital no better than I got there. This is a junior doctor who probably qualified a few months ago and given the responsibility to save lives in the trauma/casualty department of your hospital That's not on. The other doctor available was an elderly man probably past retirement who had an argument with a patient in the next ward!!!
