Billed for nothing after receiving appalling service

I took my son to Netcare in Milpark to have his wrist checked after he broke it. In short we spent 5 hours waiting to be assisted. Eventually, after we showed our annoyance, we were told they were waiting for xrays. We decided to leave as it was getting late and we were not given a turn around time. A day later I receive a bill for an X-ray. I don’t think I should pay this bill. We were assisted by a good hospital being Mediclinic in Bryanston and received excellent service and spent only 1 hour there. They did their own X-ray.
