beyond pathetic medical institution

Good day, i was taken to Montana Hospital as i had COVID 19, ER 24 took me to the trauma entrance. Date of admission was 12/08. it must be noted that Gys, the trauma paramedic , is EXCELLENT. i lay in trauma from 08 h40 until 01 50 the following morning, receiving oxygen and a drip. NO ADMISSION until my scheme, Affinity Health, paid in R60000.00 to Montana . Affinity paid R 77000.00 @ 13 h42 - this payment was lost by the hospital 3 times while i was waiting for a bed.???? i was told to obtain proof of payment - too much trouble for this HIGHLY confused hospital. Bloodwork was taken at 16h00 +- and i was brought a bank card machine to pay R2800.00 before they would release the results. i refused - they had 77k??? an hour later i was brought the same card machine to pay R1300.00 for the ambulance ??? really???? WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HEALTH SERVICE AND JUST OLD FASHIONED SERVICE ?? The 4 days i spent in this hospital is a total joke- i received an sms for physio BEFORE i had received any physio. DIRECTORS/ MATRONS, HOSPITAL MANAGERS - CATCH A WAKE UP- YOUR ACTIONS ARE INEXCUSABLE.
