Benoni Linmed Hospital- Utterly Disgraceful

My dad was admitted to the Netcare Linmed hospital in Benoni about 2 weeks ago. Here he suffered a ********** experience and the nursing staff were arrogant and uncaring. I emailed a letter of complaint to the Netcare head office a week ago. I received a response back saying that I will be contacted by a representative from the Netcare Linmed hospital. One week later and I am still waiting for this call. I will not allow such carelessness and ignorance to be tolerated and I expect an explanation as to what happened to my father whilst in the so-called "care" of a private hospital.
