Bad treatment 2weeks pregant

I m pregnant 2weeks. Today Friday 12th. I went to Netcare N17 . because of the pain in my stomach .I was having codes from mertenity program gems.whem I consuly GP.i went to casualty then I have explained to them that day to day funds ate exhausted. But I have codes from gems that ihave to give it to the doc. I went day with a knowledge og that doctors falls under GP. Then I ws told that they cant help me .I tried to explain to the female casualty doc. Wjo said to me you can go to government hospital .because those codes are for prenatal. But I was confused because gems doesn't have a problem ig you see a GP concerning any sick related to Preganany only. I didn't have anyway to go because it was after hours. I had to come back with those pain.i am in pain buy mertenity program gave me number of visits with different codes .the only thing that is needed from doc is to choose a code en claim under that codetreatment from casualty sucks.
