Bad sevice after mess up!

My son was at the Emergency room in July where after he was admitted to hospital. Kuils River did not have a bed open in pediatric unit so they transferred him to N1 city. I received an account for the facilitation fee and medicine use at KR and the medical aid said they have not received an emergency auth no. It is dec already and KR isnt very helpfull. Spoke to a lady at reception this morning, Adele, who put the phone down in my ear and again when i phoned back to ask why. Very dissapointed in KR hospitals service!
