Bad service stay away they just making money!

I have been trying to claim my refund for weeks they have been very ***********, their client service are uns****ed and in patient you only get the welcoming client service on admision apart from that forget. After three weeks of trying to claim my refund the other consultant gave me astory that i should not mention what he told me to his manager as ge said he does not under stand why the manager is taking to long to process the whole thing that was mr molapa now im dealing with another one and he literally said “yhoo” and hung up the call on me rudely that was Phura from their refunds department.
