BAD SERVICE RUDE STAFF NEGLIGANCE AND FILTHY ROOM

NETCARE really have to get their ducks in line before they start sending accounts and check if the info is correct! They should really employ staff that can read and write and know how to do their job. I was admitted for 2 procedures I received NO MEDICATION. My medical aid paid everything 100% There was no "WARD DRUGS" The one time I received it was fully covered by my medical aid. I was mistakenly taken to a Dr I have never met and on the way they discovered I am the wrong Mrs Els they got mixed up with another Mrs Els in another ward. I did not receive a meal at dinner the first day they never advised the kitchen about me being admitted. The room was filthy, blood on the floor. The aircon was not working I have pictures! They had people there in the ward when we were all ladies in our pajamas AND WE HAD NO PRIVACY EVEN AFTER WE ASKED TO BE MOVED TO THE WARD ACCROSS THE PASSAGE THAT HAD NO PATIENTS and the aircon in working order!~ The patients all complaint and the staff was extremely rude.
