Bad service Netcare 912

Ms AS Louw were waiting for an ambulance at Sunward Park Hospital. She had to be transferred to ORTambo as a matter of urgency. Her daughter had a reference number but the security had to go and look for the ambulance at the bay. They were just standing there. She was in a lot of pain and put a drip up for her, but when asked if they could give her something for the extreme pain, they said they have nothing and will first have to go to the pharmacy. How on earth can that be? My son Paul Becker told them they will pay.. So how can you call yourselves ambulances.? She died later that night.
