Bad Service Molefe Pholo (Paediatrician)

I took my daughter to Netcare Parklane earlier today. We had an appointment with the Paediatrician (Molefe Pholo). When we got there he gave me an attitude and gave no response when I greeted him, which I felt was very rude. He failed to address me when I tried to explain what was wrong with my daughter. He wouldn't acknowledge me at all. He could only listen to my wife and she even said it made her uncomfortable.

We go to hospitals because they are a safe for our family and Netcare Parklane needs to do something on how their staff treat people.

I am paying for his services and the least I expect from my child's doctor is to go about his work professionally.

Mediocre, rude and unprofessional to say the least.
