Bad service in my ward

The nurses here are ********! I was admitted due to a miscarriage on Tuesday morning... On Wednesday my covid results came back positive though I have no symptoms. I was then moved to a private ward which was not a problem for me as I understand the COVID prosedure. The nurses that were assigned to me did not respond to my bell for assistance. They would peep through the door and ask me to switch the bell of and no one would come to assist me. I sat in this ward from morning till 3 o clock in pain with no assistance yet I could hear the nurses talking on the corridor. I was also told not to eat as I will be going to theatre at 1 o'clock for cleaning my womb after the miscarriage. It's 3 o clock now and still haven't gone to theatre and no one is telling me what is going on. I don't know if this is how COVID PATIENTS are treated but I'm very disappointed in the service that I recieved in this hospital this time around.... The level of negligence in this hospital is appalling. I can't believe a private hospital has such bad treatment for patients.
