Bad ***** service from Netcare 911!!!

An Ambulance was sent out after I contacted them on the 9 April the claim was sent through to my medical aid, I had a trauma with my son at 22:14 and and 11km travel distance to lenmed. I have now been sent an amount of R3280. 00 for only traveling me and my son to the nearest hospital really now please be honest and have some integrity this is ***** and I will take further steps if this impacts my credit score. Correct this ******* with immediate effect!!!
