Bad service from Netcare

On this day at 2:30 i called the service requesting and ambulance for my sickly mother. They dispatch an ambulance as advised, while 40mins later no ambulance, no communication. Called in again still gave me 34 mins it will be here. Still nothing and multiple of agents kept putting me on hold not explaining how they resolving the issue nor what the confirming. These paramedics only called 2 hours later saying they leaving mulberton and there was a miscommunication which they didnt bother to apologize for...the service was really bad and my mother has been a discovery client for more than 20 years.
