Bad Service from Health Care
The staff member on duty was rude and not very willing to assist we were treated as though we very unwelcome and interrupting his evening, the staff member snatched my fathers identification and medical aid card from my hand and told me to go and wait in the car. I told him that i cant leave my fathers things with him and he s****** and walked away.
my father was taken to the facility at +- 2:15am on the 7/8/2020.

We arrived at Netcare Krugersdorp at +-2:15am on the 7/8/2020. The casualty nurse opened the door and when we wanted to enter she pushed us out. I then said to her that i need to open a file for my dad and said go to main reception I asked where as we have never been there she pointed out the door i then asked again and her reply to me was around the dam conner.The staff member on duty was rude and not very willing to assist we were treated as though we very unwelcome and interrupting his evening, the staff member snatched my fathers identification and medical aid card from my hand and told me to go and wait in the car. I told him that i cant leave my fathers things with him and he s****** and walked away.
My 80 year old father was left in casualty all night all he had on was a tshirt. When I arrived back at your facility at 10:15am to give my fathers medication nobody knew who he was or where he been held I then asked the reception to contact ICU and he said his not here and you cant go to ICU or leave medication.
I will be reported what happened tis facility is a esensual service to SAVE LIVES the attitude is just a pay check.
