Bad service from Akasia Medical hospital(Phindile Madlopha) and lack of management s****s by Regina(matron in charge)

I am so disappointed at the service that I received from Netcare Akasia hospital today. We brought in my sister who could not speak and has signs of confusion. We went into Triage and was assisted by a nurse by the name of Phindile Madlopha who was rude, hostile and insensitive towards us. The doctor asked us questions as my sister is unable to speak and she kept on rudely interrupting and implying that we are not giving the correct information about the patient,for example when I told the Dr that she can not speak properly, she kept on insisting that she could speak I could not understand why she constantly insisted on saying she could speak. This made me doubt the care in which my sister was left in because not only did Phindile Madlopha consistently show disrespect and lack of professionalism but the whole staff that was on duty in that room found it to be normal for her to be addressing us in that manner. Regina(sister in charge) did not once reprimand or try to calm the situation which I believe it's part of her duties(managing the situation) not sitting there and doing nothing. Had it not been for Dr Monareng and the matron in charge Petru Theunessin I was ready to take my sister and leaveas that seemed better than being belittled like they did. I am writing this complaint with tears in my eyes because I came here seeking for help and felt that I was not awarded the right to health, fair treatment and redress. It is so frustrating having to stay strong for a weak and critical patient during such animosity and hostile situations. The way that Phindile spoke to us made me realize that our lives do not matter and we are just a statistic to her. I am writing this complain so that I save another patient who comes in with no one to speak up for them. I want to make sure that the service standards that they claim to have reflect on their work as well. No one is deserving of such treatment worst of all in a private institution. Please help me deal with this egotistic, cold hearted, insensitive, unprofessional and ill mannered nurse who comes to work just to collect a pay cheque and forget the ethics and code of conduct that they vowed to stick to when they were employed in this field. I am disgusted and appauled by the level of service I received in Akasia Netcare hospital.
