Bad service delivery
Netcare waterfall hospital... my God... we come to use hospitals like netcare in Waterfall, but, are they employing people from a government hospital to work here? Because the treatment was terrible... booking was done way in advance we get here and the staff had no report on their board only to discover that communication was made but the hospital was at fault in logging the information... no apologies that it was their fault and the nurse spoke with no remorse or respect for that matter in the requests for my wife to carry out thereafter. We use these hospitals with expectations of great service and treatment... this is not a government hospital netcare! Please change this!!!
