Bad Service

Last year I had a specialist appointment at Mulbarton hospital JHB,I went for my appointment ,the dr did not notify the receptionist that he was running late until she called him to inform him that he had a patient waiting...the Dr never showed up...and never called to apologise I was very dissapointed at the Dr`s unprofessionlism ...I had forgotten about the incident ,until my son was atmitted to hospital last week at Mulbarton ... He was taken under the care or Supposed care of Mulbartons Gastroenterologist...this Dr did not bother to make his daily rounds or bother talking to the patient ...kept us waiting for approval for medication...which he was apparently waiting for approval from the medical aid according to his feedback from my son ...when I called the medical aid they never received chronic application from any Dr at Mulbarton...when confronting him with this news he informed my son that he had to get the application form from the medical aid himself :)..I logged a formal complaint with Netcare...I will never use this hospital ever again...
