Bad service

Good day,

I am really not happy with the service I received from Clinton Hospital in Alberton (Storknest).

My son went for his 6 years injection yesterday and we paid cash.

We were told to send the membership certificate in order to get the claim and proof of payment.

I sent our membership certificate yesterday and I followed up again today but I was ignored.

I called them during the day and was put on hold for a long time untill I dropped the phone.

I really dont see the reason why it is so difficult to send us the claim and proof of payment?
