Bad service at The Bay hospital

My mother fell and broke her shoulder, a five day stay ended up being a three week stay, doing unnecessary tests and scans, sending her for the same x-rays more than once. The doctor also did not explain to her what is going on. He just spoke to the nurses and not directly to her. She also ordered food from the options they gave and every single time she got something else than what she ordered. For the amount they charge per day, i feel they took way too long with everything. As a result the medical aid is depleted and my mom who only receives SASSA has a huge hospital bill.
