bad service at Olivedale clinic kicking out a little young pregant girl crying

appalling rude service at emergency " booth" section at Olivedakr clinic yesterday at around 5pm.

My daughter who is 28 years old is 6 weeks pregnant, she was really ill and we were worried she would have something wrong with the baby or herself especially. My daughters temperature was a bit high and the 2 nurses at the " booth" were rude to her saying " its normal" in a very condescending manner to feel weak, collapse, and half dying..as one of the nurses was pregnant herself. Nonone told me her blood pressure. I had to ask for everything. No hands were asked to be washed for covid 19. They took her in, denied me access. Sent her out based on her waiting periods of med aid. I had money in the car so I could have paid for consultation but I wasn't allowed in!. I'm so worried I sent her home Sick! Your staff were rude and your hospital since the last time I was there a year ago looks tatty and dirty and not well kept after. You are a disgrace to turn a skinny little pregnant crying girl away and YOUR staff rudely saying " its normal" without a proper doctor checking her. Shame on you Olivedale clinic, your standards are so low now. My rights are reserved in this letter, said without prejudice.
