Bad Service at Netcare Ceres (looks like a Government Hospital)

We went to Ceres yesterday to see the snow. My 7 year old had an accident by cutting herself in the snow. The cut was extremely deep it was visable through her clothing. The nearst hospital was Netcar Ceres. On arrival we asked to see a Doctor, because my daughter needed stiches. This was about 11h00 in the morning, the nurse/sister on duty said here is no Doctor here, at a hospital...(WHAT) but she will call for a Doctor in the area. On her return we were told because we are visitors, the Doctors will first see to the patients in Ceres and on top of this I need to pay R1300 or something, because they didnt want to except any medical aid as we are not from the area. I was UTTERLY dissapointed in the service that was offered and we decided to drive back to Cape Town to be assisted. 2 hours later we arrived at Melomed, I gave my medical aid details and we were seen to within minutes because this was an emergency, NO QUESTIONS ASK. I will make sure everyone going to Ceres know of my BAD experience i had at Netcare Ceres.
