Bad Service at DR SK Matseke Memorial Hospital

I was admitted on Friday the 10th If November 2017 to surgical ward (1). The nurses spent more ham an hour without checking up on me and the granny I was sleeping next to who was my neighbor . I constantly had to call them to empty her catheter. On Sunday I went to surgery and the doctor left without saying anything to me afterwards until he came and discharged me on Monday without finding out whether I was in pain or not, when I was supposed to discharged I experienced a lot of pain and the nurses called him several times without getting hold of him until they eventually did. He did not at one stage come to see me and o lot told the nurses to give me a stronger dose of injection for pain. The nurses told me on Tuesday that the doctor discharged me on Monday already and that I would not for my own account and please bear in mind that this is supposedly a private hospital. I was scheduled for a check up on Thursday the 16th of November 2017 which I had to call in a favour to find out from someone that works there because the hospital never got back to me regarding my check up appointment . So today I went tot he dr ‘s Office only to find out he comes after 4 and his receptionist couldn’t care whether I was in pain or not. I am a very unhappy patient and I am not sure if my health is safe in the hospital’s care
