Bad Service at Akasia Netcare Hospital

<p>I was requesting an immunisation card for my child born in 2011. They tell me it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the card. I paid R80 to retrieve the card. But now I have to wait for 3 weeks. The waiting period is too much.</p>
